Job Description

Job Description:

Coordinate with the doctor’s office via mail/call.
Coordinate with Patient via mail/call.
Follow the Patient Care Plan
Training will be provided
Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge

Requirement / Qualification:

Excellent Spoken and written English skills is must
Education - Graduate & Under Graduate
Preferred – Experienced (International/Domestic Call Center)
Fresher can also apply
Candidate should be able to join Immediately/Post Notice Period
US Voice Process - Healthcare
Salary: Attractive as per company norms
Saturday And Sunday Weekly Off
Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timings:

Night Shift- 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Current Opening)
