We are hiring for the role of AR Caller with 1 to 3 years of experience. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and investigating unpaid or denied claims. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as an AR Caller or in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of insurance policies and claim procedures
Familiarity with medical billing software

Roles and Responsibilities

Contact insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation
Update patient information and insurance details in the system
Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims
Follow up on pending claims and negotiate payment
Provide support to the billing team as needed
