Job Description

Freshers with basic accounting knowledge and who is interested to do UK Shift(Noontime log in) and very eager to learn the process are preferred and must possess good excellent communication in English.
Required Candidate profile

1 Candidate should have excellent communication and fluent in verbal and written communication

Fresher - 2020 candidates with no history of arrears are eligible

Experienced candidate from collection domain or other customer support domain shall apply

Candidate should be flexible to work for UK shift

Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing Environment

Good interpersonal skills and team player Provide exceptional customer service

Transition experience would be added advantage

Candidate from any educational background shall apply

It is a Mid-noon shift

Saturday and Sunday will be fixed off

it will be work from home opportunity until Covid'19 Lockdown
