·  Experience in Accounts Receivable follow-up and Eligibility Verification for US Healthcare clients.

·  Good Knowledge in Accounts Receivable.

·  Excellent Communication with U.S Accents skill

·  Strong Knowledge in Denial Management and AR.

·  Flexible with Night Shifts.

·  Preferable to the candidates who they are previously worked in Orthopedic and CentriCity-EMR. 

Roles & Responsibilities

·  Call to the U.S Insurance companies and need to check the submitted/Denied claim status.

·  Need to work on the outstanding payments from the Health Insurance Companies.

·  Constantly keep track for both electronic claims and paper claims.

·  Ensure to complete the daily targets

·  Ensure the AR days meet the Industry standards.

·  Review insurance claim forms and related documents for completeness and make appropriate decisions regarding claims processing.

·  Report overpayments, underpayments for the insurances/patient to the Team Leads/Manager
