Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international clients to resolve billing issues

Manage account receivables and ensure timely payment collection

Accurately document all communication and actions in the system

Assist clients in understanding invoices and account statements

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and handle high pressure situations

Well-organized with attention to detail

Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
