We are looking for a skilled individual to generate solid and surface CAD models for our clients using AutoCAD software. In this role, you will be required to meet with engineers to discuss design concepts for CAD models, develop product designs, and generate Surface or Solid software models.

Looking for young, hardworking, and enthusiastic Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is willing to handle more than one role. The candidate may need to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timeline. Flexibility in adapting to design changes and client feedback is crucial.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Drawing Creation: Produce detailed 2D technical drawings and plans based on specifications and conceptual designs provided by architects, or designers.

2. Software Utilization: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD),Sketchup, Photoshop, Vray software to create precise and accurate drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

3. Collaboration and Modification: Work collaboratively with the design team to evaluate, change, and enhance drawings based on project requirements and customer feedback. Attend project coordination meetings to review drawing needs, address design issues, and align drawings with project objectives.

4. Revision Management: Update and revise drawings based on feedback and mark-ups provided by project, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Verify dimension, materials, and other details to minimize errors and rework.

6. Coordination and Integration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of 2D drawings with other project elements, such as architectural, structural plans.

7. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed drawings, identifying and rectifying any errors or discrepancies before finalization and distribution.

8. Skill Development: Stay updated on the latest CAD software and drafting techniques to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and project-specific standards in all drafted designs and plans.

9. Rendering Support: Collaborate with the visualization or rendering team to provide 2D drafting support for the creation of 3D models and renders.

10. Data Interpretation: Interpret and incorporate technical data, specifications, and measurements into accurate and comprehensive 2D drawings and schematics.

11. Prototype Development: Assist in creating prototypes or mock-ups based on the 2D drawings to visualize design concepts and facilitate testing or validation processes.

12. As-Built Documentation: Contribute to the development of as-built documentation by accurately reflecting the final state of completed projects through updated 2D drawings.

Architect / Interior Designer Duties:

· Previous work experience as an AutoCAD Drafter.

· Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software.

· Advanced knowledge of Mathematics, Science, Engineering, and Architecture.

· Knowledge of state safety and structure regulations.

· Excellent technical design skills.

· Good communication skills.

· A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

· Ability to project manage.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Architectural Studies.
