Professional Experience & Exposure

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of architecture services.

2. Preferred background – Commercial & Retail Infrastructure development. Hands on exposure to

client servicing.

Desired Educational Experience

1. B. Arch from Reputed College / Institute. Preferably good academic background.

Scope of Work

1. Designing & coordinating with Architect firms for Preparation of Concept, Architectural & Good

For construction (GFC) Drawings of MSIL NEXA Showrooms.

2. Coordination with design Agency for inputs on design & construction guidelines during

preparation of drawings.

3. Facilitating preparation of Drawings by coordinating with Dealers. Seeking necessary inputs

required from Dealer for preparation of drawings.

4. Discussion & Approval of layouts from MSIL Management

5. Monitoring performance of Architects & providing feedback on quality of drawings.

6. Ensuring construction & fit outs of Showrooms takes place as per the approved drawings & as

per NEXA CI guidelines. Co coordinating with Architects, Contractors, Dealers, Vendors & MSIL

for the same.

7. Preparation of MIS for projects under execution for review by MSIL.

8. Preparation of Power Point presentation, renderings & illustrations on new concept & guidelines

for MSIL Management understanding.

9. Monitoring of commercial terms & service delivery of Architects & Vendors. Maintaining

performance matrix for them. Facilitation of empanelment of new Architects & Vendors.

Software Skills Required:

Proficiency in Auto CAD, Google Sketch Up, Revit Architecture, Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, Excel.
