Roles and Responsibilities

·       Conducting Market Survey and collating data on Product Sizes, Features, Amenities, Project USPs 

·       Shortlisting Architects/Consultants required in project.

·       Preparing Design Brief and presenting it for approval

·       Coordination with Architect for development of Concept drawing as per approved brief.

·       Coordinate Architecture, structural, facade, MEP, Interiors, landscape works and other design disciplines with regard to the planning and design.

·       Independently evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques, procedures and modifications to architectural construction documents

·       Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Requirement:

1.     B.E in Architecture

2.     A minimum of six to Seven years of experience in a related field.

3.     Strong knowledge of residential layout design, landscape and amenities design.

4.     In-depth understanding of contour maps, grading plans.

5.     Demonstrated understanding of contemporary design standards that should be applied to residential developments in accordance with government and planning authorities
