SAC jobs - Architectural Coordinator

Diploma in Architecture with minimum 8 – 10 years experience in industrial, commercial and institutional projects.

Proficient in the following:

1. Preparation of building M/E/P drawings

2. Smart DCR drawing

3. OBPAS application

4. Online NKDA and KMC sanction

5. Working drawing

6. Client handling

7. Project coordination

8. Softwares: Autocad, Google Sketchup, MS Word, MS Excel

Must be fully aware of the prevailing design codes and regulations

Shall be well versed in general architecture and building construction, including both soft and hard landscaping

Must be able to work and coordinate with the design team and external consultants
