We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Architectural Intern to join our team. As an Architectural Intern, you will work closely with our experienced architects to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of architectural design and project management. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of designs, preparing drawings and specifications, and conducting research and analysis to support project development. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional architectural practice, and to develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of experienced architects.

Preparing drawings, renderings, and other visual presentations of design concepts.

Conducting research and analysis to support project development, including site analysis, code research, and materials research.

Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Collaborating with project team members to ensure that project objectives are met.

Communicating with clients, consultants, and contractors as required to support project development.

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an accredited architectural program or recently graduated with a degree in architecture.

Strong design skills and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
