Designation: Architecture

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with a team of young architects and landscape architects
2. Collaborate with other team members while working on projects and managing specific project tasks as appropriate
3. Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents for site plans and support graphics using hand drawings and other computer programs
4. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
5. Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project

Requirements and skills:

1. Working experience as an architect or intern in an architecture firm
2. Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
3. Skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, SketchUp, Revit or similar)
4. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
5. Visual awareness and an eye for detail
6. Communication and project management skills
