Roles and Responsibilities are:

- Building Agency: Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's (Ex: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members Etc)

- Driving Sales: Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisor's.

-Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve the productivity of the team.

-Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the team of advisor's.

-Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisor's in the team, providing feedback on advisor's performance.

- Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office)

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any Graduate ( 15 Yrs of Education Mandatory)

Experience : 1+ Yr in sales / Insurance

Age: Between 24 To 39 (Any Gender can apply)
