Job Description
Area Business Manager (ABM)
Do you think you are good at building network and training teams? Then this is the right job for you, where you will recruit Part Time Employees (PTE’s), And further PTE’s will recruit Advisors to build a high performing distribution network & enable your team to sell life insurance policies. We are looking for enthusiastic professional like you, who are achievement oriented and willing to go extra mile to achieve target.
This is a field job like any other sales job, which requires you to travel for your assigned geography, ABPs(Agents), LAs and customer’s location (as and when required). You will be evaluated on your ability to build a strong distribution and sustainable network to meet your business targets.
You will be uphold organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity. You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations. You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations About Channel where you will join: Variable Agency is a fast-growing sales channel, which leverages distribution of insurance products through Life Advisors.
The ABMs recruit, develop and train the PTE’s& Life Advisors (LA) for life insurance sales.
Criteria for Hiring:
• 2- 4 years of experience in BFSI sales.
• Max CTC – 3.5 – 4.75 lac
• Education: Graduate (10+2+3) from certified University.
• Age: 24 – 38 years
• Strong local network, team building and leverage business through team.
• Had spent minimum 3+ years in the city where candidate shortlist.
• Fluency in English & Kannada (for Karnataka location) & Malayalam (for Kerala location) is an added advantage.
