Job Responsibilities :
• Manage Fault Management System
• ISO 9001 & ISO 50001 Implementation for NSO/ refresh stores
• Escalation of those issues, which was not comply as per SLA
• Check Portal for Call log status
• Take follow up from Resp vendor to know status of Faults and escalate those issues, which was not within established time frame to vendors.
• Take follow up from NHQ team case of Service certification / Clearance
• Discuss with Field supervisor any issues which is not getting sort out by vendor
• Update PF / CD & MD on daily basis.
• Analyis of Electricity Bill for updating data like P.F,C.D/M.D,ETC
• Meeting / Review with Vendors regarding OOS work
• Follow with vendors for submission of QNDC / YNDC
• Make plan of Training schedule for self & team
• Validation of FSR’s & release of service entries at A1 Level
Education Requirements : Diploma/B.E.(Electrical or Mechanical)
Experience Requirements : 4 - 6 Years
