#Area Manager
- Recruit, train and develop a highly productive Sales team.
- Formulating & executing an entire business plan.
- Transaction management & deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
#Portfolio Manager
- Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/return and liquidity profile.
- Client Acquisition & Business Development through direct and indirect sales.
- Advise and close clients on real estate.
Business Development Executive
-Build a good working relationship with Clients
-Calling on leads provided by the company
-Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring Service standards in line with company policies.
-Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller
-Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to the seller
#Business Development Manager
- You will be working according to the Real Estate topography of Mumbai
- Managing the daily lead consumption, scheduling of site visits via call, WhatsApp & email, and ensuring revenue generation via transactions/Closing.
