Job Description

Designation : Area Relationship Executive (Female Only)

Location : Chennai |Thuraipakkam

Salary : 2lacs to 2.9 lacs

Required Numbers : 7

Rounds of Interview - One Round F2F

Educational Requirements: Any Degree(Must)

Experience : Fresher| Minimum of 6 months

Note : Office work.

Role & Responsibilities: In this highly Visible role the candidate will report to the Area Relationship Executive of the Group.

->Be the Key Relationship Executive to the area/Societies/Customer

->Drive strategy and execution for Sales, Marketing, Retention & winback in the designated area

->Drive order growth by driving Sales, Marketing, Retention & Winback

-> Solve issues and complaints of the customers/Society

-> Work closely with the operations/delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications

● Interest in business development, Sales.
Demonstrated experience, commitment, and passion regarding the potential of business development to solve business challenges and deliver business value.
Understanding of competitive and partner landscape.
Developed point of view on business potential and limits in the marketplace.
Get involved in the community focused launch plan of company's services.
Visibility and contacts in the community management, apartment association.
Good communication skills and command on Regional Language is must and Tamil& English would be an added advantage.
