Key accountabilities:
1 Visit existing customers regularly and add value to the business (price, mix, technical support)
2 Find new customers in all markets/applications.
3 Manage the network of Formula Distributor and evaluating their performance on agreed objectives within agreed parameters.
4 Close collaborate other departments, especially customer service, technical, marketing, supply chain and production within Formula scope of supply and services.
5 Work Closely with Technical Service team to provide a pro-active technical service to customers, in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve Formula’s global strategy of adding value
6 Sales reporting (monthly sales performance report, customer visit reports)
7 Participate to the budget process.
8 Manage together with Technical Service team to facilitate technical trials.
9 Contribute to preparation of claim investigation reports.
10 Devise and implement individual account strategies.
11 Use general market and specific customer knowledge to initiate and motivate useful product development programs, with the overall objective of adding value.
12 Gain intelligence of and regularly report upon price trends, competitor strategies, technology changes and trends in channels of product distribution.
Decision authority:
Proposing solutions to customers in line with Formula Strategy to add value.
Negotiates within agreed parameters.
Adding value for Formula and encouraging customers to trade up wherever possible
