Specs for an Area Sales Executive (ASE) are below:
Edu Qual: Male - preferably Graduate in any discipline with good communication & decent basic math skills.
Age: 30-40 years
Supervisory experience preferably in FMCG industry will be an advantage if he has worked in the following geographic areas - Chennai Metro & surrounding, various towns/markets in South & North Arcot Dt and Pondicherry.
Excellent Man Mgmt skills to motivate, guide and get his team to perform and achieve set Targets.
