Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Bangalore market

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management

• Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (F&B experience preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the food and beverage industry

• Knowledge of the Bangalore market and distribution network

• Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively
