Area Sales Manager
- Who can build and handle a team of approximately 50 - 70 Field sales Executives in various locations.
- Candidates will be responsible for handling and motivating the team for meeting monthly listing targets without compromising the Quality listing.
Job Role:-
• Merchant listing in assigned geography.
• Ensure to achieve 100% Monthly Targets.
• Recruit, Train and Build a team of Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
• Keep the team motivated and lead from the front.
• Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.
Keyskills:-
• Good Team leader with a proven track record
• Should be competitive and confident
• Should have the zeal to achieve daily targets.
• Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional Language
• Should be flexible to travel
Eligibility Requirement:-
• Graduate with at least 4-6 years of field sales experience and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in handling Big teams would be added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis
• Should be presentable in Market
