Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
Area Manager
Development of channel partner network.
Control & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion
activities.
Meeting customers on a regular basis for achieving planned
targets.
Achieving targeted sales, market assessment & analysis.
Identifying potential channel partners based on agreed profiles.
and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
Monitor and review broker's performance and help them in
achieving maximum business.
Manage & lead a frontline team - coach and motivate the team
to achieve sales goals.
Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate Requirement:
Experience in Sales & specifically in LAP, BT & Top-up.
Experience in selling financial product - HL/ LAP, Insurance, is a must.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint
