1. Responsible for Sales and Business Development Activities and Achieving Sales Target Training and Motivating the Sales Force Towards Achievement of Target
2. Monitoring Competitor Strategy and Building Counter Strategies to Increase the Market Valuebrand of the Company
3. Ensure Execution &implementation of the Strategies
4. To lead a team of 5 to 6 Medical Representatives to meet sales target of the company through effective implementation of given strategies
5. Should be able to build a team with leadership, communication skills, analytical & decision making capabilities and motivational skills
6. Design incentive plans for field force is done within the stipulated time and communicated HO
7. Budget management
8. Design field staff KRA, Training, monitor their requirements according to promotional activities
9. Continuously reviewing activity, sales and other parameters with respect to KRAs MR to ensure that it is achieved in the right quality and within the defined timeframe
10. Ensure product availability particularly new products launched at the retailer level.
11. Timely monitor Assess total call, productive call, non- call activity reports and daily monthly weekly report
