Job Description

-Retail Sales of Fruits and Vegetables.

-Meet 30 to 40 customer per day.

This role envisages business development, market expansion, revenue market share of own brands and increase of brand presence.

This role also includes acquisition, retention, revenue generation, cashflow adherence besides brand saliency.

Plan, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the Company.

Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.

Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.

Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
