- Discover distribution Gap and expand distribution coverage.
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
- Formulating and executing processes to drive effectiveness and efficiencies in all channels. Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting same to the organization.
- Implemented promotional schemes formulation of marketing strategy.
- Execute distribution strategy & build brand & Market specific BTL plans.
- New product launch in the market. -
- Ensuring right mix at right locations to service all geographies and channels for maximum stock coverage.
- Communicate, ensure & Implement compliance on receivables & claims norms to dealers & Distributors.
- Manage and monitor inventory of branch, distributor and direct dealer network. Required Candidate profile:
- Should possess good knowledge of the distribution pattern of appliances market of the given region - Exposure in managing Distributors & General Trade Outlets
- Achieving the Sales Targets and expansion of distribution networks
- Regular Collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding
- Responsible to Organize logistics and timely distribution
- Should have excellent communication skills and knowledge of the local language is a - must - Must have experience in Consumer Durable / Garment Industry.
