Ambitious, energetic, and self-motivated candidate for the position of City Manager with a minimum work experience of 1-2 years. The city manager will be at the front of the company’s city operations and act as a liaison between our customers and trainers.

The goal is to optimize the company’s monthly training targets while maintaining the quality of service in your city.

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Work Days (from the office): Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Sales Management

- Recruitment of trainers

- Reporting

- On-ground quality survey

- Updating CRM

- Managing cash flow

- Operational issues/office management (maintaining documents, laptop, phone, email, office, etc

- Stock Management

Required Experience and Qualifications :

Efficient Communication, Negotiation & Sales Skills

Experience in customer support is a plus
