Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a background in plumbing-related materials. With a minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience, you will leverage your existing network and leads provided to drive market orders. Proficiency in sales management software (e.g., Salesforce or Field Assist) is essential, as you will be responsible for accurate data reporting, including location tracking, orders, payments, quotations, and leads. The role entails meeting daily KPIs, maintaining an average order value, achieving weekly targets, and optimizing conversion ratios. Join us in driving success in our dynamic sales team.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Leverage Experience: Utilize 5-7 years of industry expertise to penetrate the market and secure orders effectively.

2. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in sales management software (e.g., Salesforce or Field Assist) for accurate data reporting and compliance with KRAs.

3. Meeting Targets: Meet daily minimum meeting requirements, maintain average order value, and achieve weekly sales targets.

4. Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate with the sales team to exceed objectives and optimize conversion ratios.

5. Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach diverse clientele, nurturing leads into successful sales.

6. Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.

7. Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert in our bath fittings, effectively communicating product value.

8. Market Insights: Stay informed about trends, competitors, and customer preferences, providing valuable feedback for product development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in field sales, preferably in bath fittings or related industries.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and achieve sales goals.

  • Self-motivated and independent, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Valid driver's licence with own vehicle and willingness to travel within assigned territory (within or outside Delhi).
