• Responsible for creating & develop his own sales team of high potential with the necessary concept selling knowledge.
  
• Self-motivated to sell the company's product along with knowledge of business expansion.
  
• Having a well-deserved reputation, experience, and understanding about the procedure of establishing of strong distribution network & its products.
  
• Always ready to act/address as a point of the first reference for all sales/field related queries and issues in a field to accurately assess their problems & needs to resolve them on time.
  
• He must be smart enough to generate business from his existing customers and from new customers to provide the immediate stand to the newly launched company.
  
• To ensure that the company's corporate policies and marketing strategies must be followed & implemented in a timely manner.
  
• Make their own team in which sales representative, direct market associate, area sales manager will be included.
  
• Must have the good concept of selling products knowledge to enhance his sales performance to achieve the company's objectives.
