Primary Responsibilities

Overview:  Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the company

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

1.    Develop market for JBA products in their particular area / region.

 

2.    Direct / Indirect Sales in their area / region.

 

3.    Make a proper market / sales plan.

 

4.    Market mapping, Meeting Architects/Consultants/Developers etc to get the business for JBA

 

5.    Will make their area as independent profit center.

 

6.    Prepare & send daily reports with proper and regular follow ups on daily base to Ho.

 

7.    Develop a team of its own & for their area/region.

 

8.    Training & Review of the sales team.

 

9.    Taking care of projects and execution of projects (coordinate with client/Engineer/supervisor/labour)

 

10. Follow up for the collection of payment as per PO

 

11. Attending technical discussions and proving product value and potentiality

 

 

12. Keeping abreast with the various projects present, running and upcoming in the defined area and keep a close association with all.

 

13. Looking after sales support & follow ups in coordination with in house team for further order booking and other service.

1.      It is used for all fields of construction. We deal in high end products which are in higher bracket of the market.

 

2.      We are marketing / sales organisation dealing in concrete related treatments and products ... where we sell concepts and to do so we have to promote concrete as without concrete as a base our products cannot be used.

 

3.      In industrial sector concrete is used as an end product, there floors are concrete by default and using our products is easier, however when it comes to institutions etc. there are other materials like tiles / marbles etc. which are options and then concrete needs to be sold as an end product and then our products can be sold. so marketing is required.
