Job Description

Designation : Area Sales
Category : Prepaid Channel Sales  Manager

Eligibility:
 Should have the Minimum 3+ yrs of Retails Industry Background in Mobiles or Consumer Durable 
 Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) 
 Familiarity with MS Office. 
 Understanding of Marketing operations. 
 Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team. 
 Good Communication Skill in English 
 Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople 
 Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth 
 Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions 
 Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition 
 Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction 

Salary : Maximum up to 35K for the Probation of 3 month
After Probation Completed up to ( Based on the Performance We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales representatives. 

The area sales manager's responsibilities include: 
Delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports. 
You should also be able to develop as well as modify customer frequency plans as needed. 
To be successful as an area sales manager, you should be committed to driving sales and adept at managing a sales team. 
Ultimately, an outstanding area sales manager should demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.
