We are looking self-motivated and an experienced Area Sales Manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and to build/ guide the sales team.

Responsibilities

Coaching, motivating& managing SOs to drive sales and achieve revenue growth.
Develop and manage current retailers and supermarkets efficiently in the assigned geographical areas.
monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting, and reporting to sales head.
Mapping, covering new areas, and build a sales network to increasing the sales volume.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies to drive sales.
Meeting daily, weekly, and drive monthly sales targets.
