Job Descriptions

Daily visit to Cardiologist / Hospital / Distributor for sales and revenue generations.
Plan and execute monthly /weekly visit calendar with team member
Create regional sales plan in alignment with business objectives.]
Perform distributor / hospital management target setting and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
Leading and managing regional sales team of the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annually sales target for primary and secondary.
Implementing strategic decision in consultation with the management to increase company reach and finally sales.
Conduct customer satisfaction survey through sales team with KOL, cardiologist and distributor.
Planning and execution of sales promotion and marketing program.
Reviewing of weekly performance of the team and working on it.
Market survey, data mining and maximising mapping region potential.
Ensuring payment recovery on time and zero outstanding in region as per the credit frameworks.
