Role and Responsibilities:
Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
Appointment of new Distributor and Dealer.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
Servicing the needs of your existing customers
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Responsible for numbers / business
Responsible for expansion of new stores i.e. Location identification / Franchisee identification / Signing agreement and business development
Able to manage /generate daily reports
Relevant experience in the Lubricants,
Professional verbal& written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate team Members& deliver sales results within tight time frames
Candidate must be open for Travelling
Able to manage team
