Implementation of company marketing programs and monitoring for successful completion followed by ROI.
To plan Sales Forecast and material planning as per sales plan.
Developing new clients in the designated area and secure job orders from new and existing clients.
Mentoring and motivating team to achieve the business goals.
Achieving Volume and Value targets month on month basis.
Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the related business (Major auto market, OEMs, upcoming distributor, new co entering into market etc).
Build strategic relationships with key clients.
Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system of prospect clients.
Maintaining the reporting system as per the organization’s standard.
Adhere to approved policies and procedures related to the profile.
Keeping the reporting manager updated regarding any market changes and forth coming opportunities or threats and tracking competitor’s activity.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by management or reporting manager from time to time.
