Soldier General Duty (Sol GD)

Qualification : (i) SSLC / Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33 % marks in each subject. (ii) No aggregate percentage required for higher qualification i.e. 10+2 and above. However minimum 33 % in each subject required. (iii) Candidates passing 10th in Grade System will have minimum D grade in each subject and overall aggregate C-2 grade or 4.75 pts

Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management

Qualification : 10 + 2 / Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60 % marks in aggregate and minimum 50 % in each subject. Should have studied and passed English and Maths / Accounts / Book Keeping in Class X or Class XII with 50 % marks in each subject. Note: Even if a candidate is a graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage marks scored in Cl XII would be applicable towards his eligibility.

Soldier Technical

Qualification : 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.

Age : 17 ½ - 23 Yrs. Born Between (Both dates inclusive) : 01 Oct 1995 to 01 Apr 2001

Soldier Technical (Aviation / Ammunition Examiner)

Qualification : 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject. OR Three years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile / Computer Science / Electronic & Instrumentation).

Age : 17 ½ - 23 Yrs. Born Between (Both dates inclusive) : 01 Oct 1995 to 01 Apr 2001

Soldier Survey Automated Cartographer (SAC) (Engineers)

Qualification : BA/BSc with Mathematics. Must have also passed 12th class (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and main subjects from a recognized board/university.

Age : 20 – 25 Years. Born Between (Both dates inclusive) : 01 Oct 1993 to 30 Sep1998

Junior Commissioned Officer Religious Teacher (All Arms)

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline. In addition requisite qualification in his own religious denomination. 

Age : 25 – 34 Years. Born Between (Both dates inclusive) : 01 Oct 1985 to 30 Sep 1994

Soldier Tradesmen (8th & 10th)

Qualification : 10th Pass / ITI (Except Mess Keeper and House Keeper who must be 8th pass)

Age : 17 ½ - 23 Yrs. Born Between (Both dates inclusive) : 01 Oct 1995 to 01 Apr 2001

Selection : Candidates will be tested as stated below :- 

Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site),Physical Measurement (At Rally Site),Medical Test, Written Test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE)
