Army Recruitment Rally job Position in Indian Army

Army Recruitment Rally will be held for eligible candidates of districts Puri, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Khorda, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Jagatsingpur, Kendrapara and Nayagarh from 08 April 2020 to 15 April 2020 at Gopabandhu Stadium Paradip, Jagatsingpur (ODISHA).

Soldier General Duty

Qualification : Cl 10th / Matric pass with 45 % mks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following grading sys min of D Grade (33-40) in indl subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade.

Age Limit : 17 ½ - 21 yrs

Soldier Technical

Qualification : 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 50% marks aggregate in all subject and 40% in each subject.

Age Limit : 17 ½ - 23 yrs

Soldier Technical ( Aviation / Ammunition Examiner)

Qualification : 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 50% marks aggregate in all subject and 40% in each subject.

Age Limit : 17 ½ - 23 yrs

Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant Veterinary

Qualification : 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with min 50% marks aggregate in all subject and min 40% in each subject. OR 10+2/ Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and English with min 50% marks aggregate in all subject and min 40% in each subject.

Age Limit : 17 ½ - 23 yrs

Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper Technical / Inventory Management

Qualification : 10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.

Age Limit : 17 ½ - 23 yrs

Soldier Tradesman (All Arms) 10th Pass

Qualification : (i) Cl 10th Simple Pass. (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% in each subject.

Age Limit : 17 ½ - 23 yrs

Soldier Tradesman (All Arms) 8 th Pass

Qualification : (i) Cl 8th Pass (for Syce, House Keeper & Mess Keeper). (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% in each subject subject.

Selection Procedure : Written Test

The epic history of Indian Army dates back to more than ten thousand chequered years. The massive epic war ‘Mahabharata’, fought at Kurukshetra in north-central India, has left indelible imprints on the Indian psyche. Fought relentlessly for eighteen days in quest of peace, the force level described in the Epic states 18 ‘Akshaunis’, seven with the ‘Pandavas’ and eleven with the ‘Kauravas’, amounting to nearly 400,000 assorted troops fighting on chariots, horses, elephants and foot soldiers.
