Responsibilities include:

1. Handling accounting and finalization of financial statements and management reporting (MIS)
2. Handling tax advisory, registrations, and compliances like income tax returns, 15CA/CB, transfer pricing reporting, charitable institutions (12A/80G),TDS, GST, etc.
3. Conducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects
4. Assisting in preparing financial model, business valuation, investment teaser, and investment memorandum
5. Handling corporate law and FEMA advisory and compliances

Who can apply

4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
