You will get good work exposure in following fields:• Insolvency• Company closing under- Liquidation under Delhi High Court,• Forensic Audit,• Statutory & Internal Auditing.• International taxation,• Tax Audit u/s 44AB of the Income Tax.• Bank Financing Project Reports & Valuation.• Income tax assessments (For Corporate as well as individuals).• Income tax & TDS Returns filings.• Accounting advisory: Accounting software Tally & MS Office.• NGO Sector, Corporate Compliances.• GST Returns filings.• Audit- GST Audits, Statutory and Tax Audit, US GAAP Audit, PCAOB Audit, Bank Audit, Internal Control Audit and other Audits of companies and LLPs.• ROC Compliance - Filling of various ROC forms, Annual returns, Company and LLP incorporation.• Direct & Indirect Taxes- Preparation of GST Computations & Returns, IT Assessments (Demands and Refunds), Income tax returns, GST returns and TDS Returns,• Audit, GST, Income Tax, Company Law among others.• Other related tasks- Accounting, Net worth Individuals Certificates, Transfer Pricing, Other registrations like MSME, Shop & establishments, FSSAI license etc.
