Designation: Artist & Talent Management

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying, scouting, and tracking new influencers in the country who could be part of our talent pool
2. Creating a database and updating influencer information to help pitch for music promotions and brand campaigns
3. Negotiating on cost and co-ordinating with influencers to make sure they are delivering as per expectations
4. Working on the overall quality control of the promotional campaigns
5. Working on live band performances by pitching the artist to event companies, wedding planners, and corporates and closing deals, and coordinating for the gig (if the gig is outside Mumbai, you should be fine to travel with the band)
6. Working on account management, follow-ups on payments, and invoicing

Note: Being a startup, the scope will not be restricted to the above. It could depend on the requirements of the team and clients.
