We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of TVS Motors for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy TVS Genuine Spares from TVS Motor Company and distribute them to TVS Dealer Network and After Market Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers.
TVS Company has come with a new Distribution Model named ‘Hub and Spoke Model’ under which every Authorized Distributor is required to place 1 Area Sales Manager per district so as to enhance customer reach.
The Area Sales Manager is required to be stationed at his hometown district and ensure complete area coverage from there
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for sale of Genuine Parts and Accessories in designated territory.
Collect market feedback from retailers on product, pricing & schemes.
Customer Complaints Resolution
Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners,Mechanics
Build and sustain business relationship with retailers
Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels
Participate in weekly retail performance reviews
Willing to Travel – 5 days field job (Within City, Day travel to nearby outstation and a few outstation travel) – Will be covering the allotted area intensively. The allotted area would be same as hometown of the candidate. Presence in Distribution Hub required 1 day in a week.
Professional Employment – Will be working directly under the supervision of Royal Enfield Executives, which will provide a great exposure in the Automobile Components Industry.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Candidate Should be Local Resident of Bahraich
Minimum Academic Qualification : Graduation from Recognized University.(MBA preferred)
Work Experience: minimum 2-3 Yrs of Sales
Basic computer skills - Mail, MS Excel
Should possess a Two Wheeler
Proficiency in Local Language
Monthly Salary : Minimum Rs. 10,000-12,000 per month(Negotiable upon experience) +Travel Allowance – Up to Rs.8000/- per month
Minimum Monthly Incentive of Rs.4,000/-to Rs.12,000(based upon performance) +Will be covered under Provident Fund & ESIC benefits +
Will be provided Rs.1 Lakh Medical Insurance and 2 Lakh Accidental Insurance.
