Job Description:
· Should have good exposure of front end sales of PLC, VFD,
HMI, SCADA, Motion automation products and its various solutions.
· Should have understanding of Low Voltage Switchgear product
Sales.
· Should ensure wider market reach & penetration of
unexplored End User/OEM markets.
· Should be able to interact and discuss with End User/OEM
customers for the complete system requirement as per end user application and requirement.
· Should be competent in implementing effective solutions to
customer needs with an aim to improve customer contentment.
· Should engage in proper resources within own organization for
specific case as per project significance.
· Should be an effective communicator with excellent
relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong methodical and problem
solving approach.
· Should be able to forecast sales target monthly, quarterly
and annually and achieve it.
· Should work with End User/OEM and channel team for annual
target, annual plan and its execution.
· Should work with focussed and targeted key End User/ OEMs to
gain business growth & create business awareness.
· Should have ability to understand entire knowledge of End/
User OEM machine or line as per their industry and segment.
· Candidate to ensure support and smooth execution of projects.
· Should be able to establish and maintain the relations with
decision makers and management people.
· He/she needs to focus on new solution study & its
promotion which will help to add values to End User/ OEM to machines and try to
give complete package solution with cost effective solution by adding various
values to End User/OEM machine or line.
· He/she should be able to identify prospective accounts from
various sectors for business excellence.
· Should know effective relationship management with
significant clients to ascertain rendering quality service & business
enhancement.
· Should have effective communication while collaborating and
managing the sales and technical team and should show creativity at work with
good presentation skills.
· He/she to provide techno commercial support to existing
customers

Required:
· Complete Knowledge of Sales process especially in FA products
business which helps for solving customer complaints and business growth.
· Ability to deliver relevant and true information to customer
· Strong consulting and needs assessment skills
· Ability to use sound judgement in decision making
· Good in negotiations and project closing
· Ability to conceptually adapt to technological ideas
· Strong written, communication and presentation skills
