Account Management Build and maintain contacts and relationships with key personnel at customers to identify business opportunities and consistently enlarge account base. Set clear sales budget and target margins of given category annually and develop commercial strategy to reach monthly sales forecast accuracy. Build relationships with key customer decision makers and their higher management to understand customer decision-making criteria. Lead strategic commercial negotiations (core listing, annual pricing, payment terms, rebates, supply agreements).
