Project Role Description :

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. This role requires a proactive developer capable of creating efficient and scalable software solutions.

Job Requirements 

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, code, test, and manage various applications.

- Collaborate with the team and product team to establish best products.

- Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems.

- Independently deliver applications while understanding and integrating business processes.

Technical Experience :

- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET for data access

- Proficient in Web API, JSON, CSS, HTML, Jquery.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Functions, Tables, and Cursors.

- Experience in Typescript, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

- Previous experience with HRMS solutions is preferable, indicating familiarity with human resources processes.

Professional Attributes :

- Take responsibility for offshore development support for clients' IT and business conduct requirements.

- Engage in requirements clarification, technical design/development, and defect/issue triage activities for the project.

- Support business testing and/or UAT, including the resolution of identified defects.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as a strong individual contributor.

Responsibilities :
