Job Position / Vacancy: Software Developer: 2 Nos.

Job Description in Details:·
Analyzing, designing database structure for the requirements.·
Proposing architecture and design optimization·
Working with the development team and testing team to ensure consistent, high quality delivery·
Working as an individual as well as within a team structure to deliver complex systems·        Analyzing the performance impact of various in-place and proposed designs·
Performing peer code reviews and providing feedback on areas that need

improvement· Working with other team members to help increase their knowledge and ability within the organization Desired Candidate Profile: ·        Very strong programming ability, with great attention to detail and design·
Working Experience in ASP.Net 2.0/3.5/4.0 using C#, ADO.Net, Win Forms, etc.·        Good Knowledge of data-base design and its concepts.·        Working experience in T-SQL, Triggers, Indexing, etc.·
Knowledge of MS-SQL Performance tuning preferred.·
Working experience in RDLC, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Web-services, etc.·        Experience in education domain will be added advantage.·

Experience with modern software development practices, including unit testing, continuous integration, and configuration management·

Should have capabilities to develop the core modules/components and manage small team·

Should be well versed with Data Structures & algorithms, Multithreading and optimization Techniques·

Manage and lead project team members and provide technical design, coding assistance to the team to accomplish the project deliverables as planned/scoped.·
Prepare full-scale technical documents associated with the projects·
Interactions with client.·
Good communication skill

Required Qualification:Professional Degree – Qualification: BE/B Tech (Computer Science, ECE, EEE, Electrical & IT) or MCA or MSc (Computer Science)

Min: Max Experience required: 1 with 4-5 yrs and the other with 2 years’ experience
Work Location: Work from Home for now, when things stabilize work location shall be Mysore
