Job Description
Responsibilities:
Read and interpreted over standardized work / process plans;
Understand and Maintain Production hourly boards;
Monitor tool life, Notify supervisor / engineer of process issues and / or missed goals when operating a machine;
Responsible for notifying Team Leader of any and all defects detected;
Goal oriented and driven Production;
Train skills in principle;
Calibrate and Master gauges and understand gauging qualification requirement;
Wear protective equipment staff;
Trouble-shoot and repair minor machine problems;
Understand and PERFORM packing as Required;
Use computer equipment to enter ” and Receives data;
Confirm shop for order confirmation in SAP;
Quality Assurance;
Participate to define 5S/TPM activities;
Report Quality issues promptly and assist in clean point creation.
