Responsibilities include:

1. Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
2. Work directly with the CEO to get exposure to the start-up world
3. Attend and handle calls, meetings, and accelerators related to start-ups
4. Organise and schedule appointments with the admin software
5. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
6. Co-ordinate meetings and events
7. Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office
8. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
9. Maintain contact lists, CRM
10. Assist with MS Excel, Word, basic presentation, etc.

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 5 Lac/annum

Selection has three steps process:

1. Screening of the profile, confirmation of terms. (5-10K INR, in-person in Jaipur or virtually Delhi, flexible and part-time, includes night hours, etc. We will share the JD for confirmation)
2. Technical task: asking for a 60-sec video record and half-page content
3. Final Video interview
4. Selection (in-person or WFH require a couple of days of commitment flexible)
