Designation: Assistance- Pastry/Baking Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working independently
2. Helping in organizing the workflow and other important tasks for the baking studio and cafe
What should you bring to the table (or shall we say oven):
1. Some experience with baking
2. Motivation and passion for the craft
3. Eagerness to learn more and new recipes and bake exciting baking goods
4. Openness to learn from a senior chef from Germany (annually 1-2 times)
5. Great at teamwork
6. Able to work independently
7. Flexibility and hard ambition to work hard
8. Both, freshers and slightly experienced, housewives/women-bakers are welcome to apply to this position
