We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks. Assistant Accountant responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Billing & Invoicing
• Bank Reconciliation
• Petty Cash Management
• Debit Note/Credit Note
• Import/Export Documentation
• Customer Correspondence
• TDS, GST, IT returns & Tax laws
• Accounts Finalization
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.
• Invoice processing and filing.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
