Responsibilities

Knowledge on ERP Oracle 9.2/ Tally
Good in Excel, word and Power point
Good in MS Outlook
Main Job requirement to deliver
Co-ordination with Team for cost sheet
Verification of cost sheets and vendor bills in ERP
Maintenance of Unbilled revenue/reimbursable cost
Knowledge in Vendor reconciliation
Knowledge in Bank reconciliation
Follow-ups for collections.
Co-ordination and releasing Vendor payments
Preparations of weekly/ Monthly dashboards
Collections & Bad Debts agency Handling
Handling of petty cash and reconciliation of petty cash of site team
Verification & process of reimbursements/Non – reimbursements
Cash flow analysis – Evaluating of region debt position

Experience & Education

Qualification Requirement
Post-Graduation with commerce background.
M.Com
MBA
Experience required
4+ Years of experience in handling accounts and finance
Experience in reconciliations
Handling Account books- Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
Statutory Knowledge- GST and TDS

Work Competencies

Cross functional team co-ordinations and follow ups
Preparations of Dashboards and reports
Statutory knowledge in GST, TDS
Billing of invoices and subsequent follow-up for collections.
Knowledge in cash flow statement
Reconciliation of vendor/client statements.
