·         General accounting functions, including, but not limited to; accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger; and taxes.

·         Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.

·         Help with quarterly and year- end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit. 

·         Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

·         Knowledge & experience Statutory compliance TDS, GST, P.Tax, LWF,P.F., ESI etc.

·         Direct Tax & Indirect Tax Return filling & their Scrutiny. Company Law Matter, ROC filling etc.

·         Various Returns Filling: ITR of CO. & Individual, Partnership Firm etc. & GST, TDS return.

·         Assisting in finalization of books of Accounts

·         Preparation of Balance sheet & Cash Flow statement

·         Handling Petty Cash & Bank reconciliation.

·         Oversees preparation of business activity report, financial forecast, and annual budget.

·         Provides needed information for annual external audit.

·         Identifying areas for cost cutting and improvements.

·         Preparation of Profit & Loss accounts.

·         Preparation of daily bank wise inflow & Outflow of fund to CFO & directors.

·         Preparation of MIS.

Candidate Profile:

Good experience Account, Finance, and Taxation & General accounting (Especially Manufacturing Industry)
