Data entries in Tally,GST - Sales, purchase, labour charge summaries
Cash & Bank Reconciliation, Inventory - maintaining of stock, Profit & loss, Trial Balance
Balance Sheet, Maintaining accurate and up to date information and meeting all compliance. Well versed with Tally & MS office , Daily accounting activities and operation of accounting system
Providing information to finance head as and when required, Any other work assigned by the supervisory authority

Accounts Manager -1

Experience 8-12 Years of

Salary: 40000-500000 PA 

Job description

1. Incumbent should have at least 4 years experience of accounting for a manufacturing company and be well versed in working on Tally ERP 9.0
2. He will be responsible for sales invoicing and stock movement
3. He will be responsible for calculation & payment of TDS liability
4. He will be responsible for preparing data for filing TDS return, GST Returns and any other returns or statutory obligations
5. He will be responsible for finalizing of the accounts and co-ordinating with the Auditors for audit
6. He will be responsible for maintaining proper filing system of the sales, purchase, expense & inventory
7. He will also be responsible for preparing payroll and payment of all statutory obligations as per various labour laws like PF, ESIC, etc.
8. He should be dynamic and able to manage day to day accounting single handedly
